Zenith House, Edgware Road, London

European Urban Architecture has obtained planning consent for the redevelopment of Zenith House on Edgware Road in London on behalf of the applicant, Genesis Housing Group. The management of the development is being carried out by European Urban Development Management Ltd.

The consent is for the construction of a 14 storey mixed use building to provide local community facilities, a restaurant, offices and parking at the lower floors with 215 flats above, arranged around a landscaped podium garden.

The development creates a curved landmark building on a prominent corner location. Two wings of residential accommodation complete the two main street facades and a discreet object building with sloping copper mesh walls sits at the rear of a podium garden. The principle entrance with a four-storey external lobby sits under the corner tower.
